ADVOC sources its raw material from industry leaders in their respective fields to be certain that the customer obtains the highest quality edible culinary oil and the most affordable and fairest price possible. For example, ADVOC sources corn oil from the world’s largest suppliers in USA and in Europe. ADVOC’s sunflower oil is sourced from industry leaders primarily located in Ukraine and other areas in Europe. It is widely-known that high-quality palm oils are produced in South Asia. As such, ADVOC’s palm oils are sourced from the largest agriculture product companies in South Asia from their facilities in Indonesia and Malaysia.

ADVOC is more than confident that it deals only with suppliers with an outstanding reputation and a proven track record to meet desired quality standards. Both the pre-shipping and post-shipping quality checks are carried out to confirm that the correct component rolls off the production belt.

Processing

ADVOC has a state-of-the-art edible oil processing infrastructure which is centrally controlled and systematically monitored by a highly effective management team. ADVOC maintains a 30-step process in order to refine most oils; this process starts with receiving the crude oil from our suppliers and continues with processing. After the processing, the products go through 36 steps and procedures of filling and packing.

Outside ADVOC, the oils and fats are extracted from a variety of fruits, seeds, and nuts. The preparation of these raw materials includes husking, cleaning, crushing, and conditioning. After extracting the solvents, the crude oil is separated and the solvent is evaporated and recovered. When the crude oil reaches ADVOC, ADVOC refines the oil extracted through various processes that includes degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization, and further refining. Processed oil undergoes a series of tests for consistency of color, taste, and viscosity. The dedicated laboratory and testing team at ADVOC test the oil samples under controlled conditions to ensure product safety and quality. Re-processing and wastage costs are greatly minimized by continuous sampling and tests. Additionally, measuring of key production parameters allows production losses to be identified and reduced.

The filling process of the oil is fully automated and is not completed through manual processing, to limit product error. Moreover, the containers that hold the oil are cleaned and electronically inspected for foreign material. During package production caps, labels, and wraps are placed on each container before they are shipped.
