  • Follow up and monitor the implantation of policies and procedures for Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality and Food Safety, Sanitation & Hygiene, Health & Safety, Environment and waste management in the Refinery, and raise any violations.
  • Monitor and maintain Refinery processes parameters and setup in comparison with design parameters.
  • Coordinate and follow up the execution of corrective and breakdown maintenance when required.
  • Follow up the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP’s,) and work instructions in the Refinery, and raise any violations.
  • Follow up the availability of oils, chemicals, and additives, and allocate the required human resources for production activities.
  • Process production orders in all shifts, and supervise the daily refining activities, to ensure achieving the planned output in terms of quality and quantity targets, and update the progress.
  • Coordinate with QFS chemist to take samples and ensure product conformity at each stage before further processing and moving to next stages, and for oil stored in the tanks to maintain specification.
  • Supervise, follow up, and control acid oil and boiler activities during operation, and follow up further necessary actions for storing and reselling acid oil.
  • Follow up and process decanting of damaged and expired goods.
  • Implement good housekeeping and cleanliness in all areas of production and ensures that all production equipment and accessories are kept clean.
  • Conduct internal awareness training to Refinery personnel related to Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety and Hygiene, and HSE practices.
  • Perform any tasks and duties delegated by refinery In-Charge or Production Manager.
  • Follow up the implementation of policies and procedures for Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality and Food Safety, Sanitation & Hygiene, Health & Safety, Environment and waste management in the Filling & Packaging, and raise any violations.
  • Coordinate and follow up the execution of corrective and breakdown maintenance when required.
  • Follow up the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP’s,) and work instructions in the Filling & packaging and in forklift operations, and raise any violations.
  • Check all details of a particular Job Order, including production and expiry dates, oil batch number and other codes and format to be printed on the finished goods before starting the job.
  • Check the conformity of received packaging materials and oil, and check the filling parameters and raise any deviation or nonconformity.
  • Follow up to ensure the proper flushing of lines and change of filter bags to avoid mix-ups and contamination before starting a new product.
  • Follow up production orders and the daily filling activities in all shifts, to ensure achieving the planned output in terms of quality and quantity targets, and record batch details.
  • Prepare monthly and annual preventive maintenance program of all machinery and equipment of the boiler house, raw water treatment plant, air compressor and dryer, wastewater treatment plant, fire fighting station, hydrants and drain pits.
  • Implement the monthly preventive maintenance program ensuring that utility machinery and equipment installations at the Factory are maintained to the highest standard and operating at optimum efficiency.
  • Ensure that subordinates follow the standard operating procedures and safety practices for all utilities machinery and equipment as per the Quality Manual.
  • Ensure regular monitoring and recording of the instrument control panel readouts of the utilities machinery and equipment and ensure correct adjustments in operations parameter settings if needed.
  • Ensure correct dosages of chemicals and materials for boiler, waste water treatment plants as per Quality Manual.
  • Ensure sufficient supply of air, steam and treated water required by the Refinery, Plastic and Filling sections.
  • Ensure regular sampling of water after sand filter, softener, boiler water and feed water and of the contaminated and after treatment water in the waste water treatment plant for laboratory test and analysis.
  • Coordinate with Sales Department, Production Department, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure orders are booked, produced, available and shipped as per requirement of the customer.
  • Prepare shipping documentation for both Local and Export Sales (e.g. Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Invoices, Packing List, Shipping Instructions, etc).
  • Ensure that all documentation is encoded/sorted in ERP system.
  • Generate MIS reports from ERP/Excel and presenting to superior on regular basis or as required.
  • File all documentation in orderly fashion.
  • Implement plans to achieve the assigned sales objectives and targets.
  • Collect and analyze relevant territory’s information related to competitor’s activity and market prices and maintain competitiveness at all times.
  • Implement marketing plans, actively participate in sales promotional campaigns and exhibitions, and travel within territory of responsibility to attract new business and maintain existing customers.
  • Implement pricing, promotions, and discounts policies, to ensure feasibility and profitability. And keep the customer updated by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Respond to received enquiries, create sales orders when needed, and follow up management approval on the SAP system.
  • Implement Export Sales processes and work instructions, including credit limits and collection, and follow-up for the payments of due invoices and ensure that they are paid on a timely manner according to the agreement with various customers.
  • Implement inventory and stock policies to ensure response to market demands, and a monitoring system to track sales and stock balances and movement for each distributor in the assigned territory.
  • Mediate between the client and different departments of the company that are involved in the production and distribution to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Implement plans to achieve the assigned sales objectives and targets.
  • Conduct visits to small groceries and food serving establishment to introduce products and acquire spontaneous sales orders.
  • Collect and communicate with Area manager all relevant area’s information related to competitor’s activity and market prices.
  • Implement pricing, promotions, and discounts policies, to ensure feasibility and profitability, and keep the customer updated by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Conduct on-the-spot-selling transactions with customers paying in cash, and issue Order Receipts upon payment of the handed over products.
  • Receive signed Order Forms from the regular customers and forward to Local Sales Department for processing and scheduling of delivery.
  • Receive and keep Finished Good Issued Voucher for Van Sales from Warehouse upon completion of delivery and forward all documents to the Sales Department for data entry
  • Collect payments from handled customers, and forward all received cash amount to the Finance Department via the person handling daily bank deposits.
  • Set and implement plans to achieve strategic objectives and targets for the assigned area.
  • Collect and analyze relevant area’s information related to market prices and maintain competitiveness at all times, and conduct forecasting studies to capture area’s trends and needs.
  • Implement marketing plans, actively participate in sales promotional campaigns and exhibitions, and travel within area of responsibility to attract new business and maintain existing customers.
  • Respond to enquiries resulting from advertising, trade shows, and business trips.
  • Implement pricing, promotions, and discounts policies, to ensure feasibility and profitability.
  • Implement inventory and stock policies to ensure response to market demands, and a monitoring system to track sales and stock balances and movement for each distributor in the assigned area.
  • Implement Sales processes and work instructions, including credit limits and collection to ensure efficiency and consistency in operation.
  • Conduct internal meetings and follow the reporting mechanism to ensure area’s sales data and information are communicated and maintained for analysis and improvements.
  • Follow up continually the achievement of the assigned area’s sales targets in reference to the set plans, and take all necessary actions to resolve issues and overcome obstacles.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand customer base for the area.
  • Maintain active communication channels with existing and future customers, including marketing meetings, regular visits, after sales contacts and feedback, etc.
  • Collect and communicate with Area manager all relevant area’s information related to competitor’s activity and market prices.
  • Conduct visits for allocated outlets, and arrange displayed products to be well-presented and easily seen by customers, ensuring that FIFO and Food Safety procedures are properly followed.
  • Check for any damage, near expiry and lose shrink-wrapped items and arrange for return of the goods to warehouse.
  • Notify the store representatives for any new promotions and pricing of the products, and keep the customer updated by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Assist Salesman in collecting and ensuring that Credit Facility forms of the customers are updated and documents such as trade license, passport and visa are valid.
  • Obtain sales order of goods from customers and make the necessary follow-ups to ensure that the deliveries are offloaded on time.
  • Obtain and communicate with Area Sales Manager any existing concerns raised by store representatives such as conflict in barcode assignment, complaints, etc.
  • Assist in delivering urgent or small quantity orders upon request of the Area Sales Manager.

Provide assistance to the Administration Department when requested, such as transportation of employees and delivery/ pick-up of materials or documents.
